These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and SREDA IZRABOTKA EOOD (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) in connection with your access to and use of the Imagionica mobile application (“Imagionica” or the “App”).
By downloading, accessing, or using Imagionica, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the App.
1. About Imagionica
Imagionica is a photo editing and visual content creation application.
Depending on the App version, platform, and level of access, Imagionica may provide functionality including:
• photo editing;
• collage creation;
• templates;
• backgrounds;
• textures;
• stickers;
• fonts and text tools;
• layer-based editing;
• background removal;
• object removal and other intelligent editing tools;
• AI-powered features;
• project saving;
• image export;
• other creative tools and functionality.
We may add, modify, improve, replace, or discontinue individual features as Imagionica evolves, subject to applicable law and applicable platform requirements.
2. Eligibility
You may use Imagionica only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.
If you are a minor and applicable law requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian, such consent must be obtained before using the App.
3. License to Use the App
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use Imagionica on devices that you own or control.
The App is licensed, not sold.
Except where expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not:
• copy or redistribute the App itself;
• sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the App;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
• attempt to obtain the source code of the App;
• circumvent subscription, payment, security, or technical restrictions;
• interfere with the operation or security of the App;
• use automated means to improperly access, exploit, or interfere with the App.
4. User Content
You retain your rights in photos, images, text, designs, and other materials that you use in Imagionica (“User Content”).
The Company does not acquire ownership of your User Content merely because you use it in the App.
You represent that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations necessary to use your User Content in Imagionica and that such use does not violate applicable law or the rights of any third party.
Photos and images used for editing and locally available AI-powered functionality in Imagionica are processed on your device and are not transmitted to the Company or third-party AI services for such processing.
If you voluntarily provide User Content to the Company in connection with a support request, you authorize us to process that content only to the extent reasonably necessary to investigate and respond to your request.
5. AI-Powered and Automated Features
Certain Imagionica features may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other automated technologies to process or modify content.
AI-assisted or automated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique, or different from the result you expected.
You are responsible for reviewing any result before publishing, distributing, or otherwise relying on it.
You must not use AI-powered or automated features:
• in violation of applicable law;
• to infringe the rights of third parties;
• to engage in fraud, unlawful deception, or impersonation;
• to process content that you do not have the right to use;
• for any other unlawful activity.
6. Imagionica Content and Intellectual Property
Imagionica software, interface, design, trademarks, branding, and other proprietary materials are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Imagionica may also include Company-owned or licensed creative materials such as:
• templates;
• stickers;
• backgrounds;
• textures;
• fonts;
• graphic elements;
• other design assets.
Subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party license restrictions, you may use available creative materials as part of works created and exported through Imagionica.
Unless expressly permitted, you may not:
• extract built-in assets and distribute them separately;
• resell built-in assets as standalone files;
• create or distribute standalone asset libraries, stock collections, or template packs using such assets;
• provide built-in materials to third parties for independent reuse outside your completed work.
You retain rights in your own original content and creative contributions, subject to any rights applicable to third-party or licensed materials incorporated into your work.
7. Free and PRO Features
Imagionica may offer both free and paid functionality.
An Imagionica PRO subscription may provide access to additional features and content, which may include, depending on the current version of the App:
• templates;
• backgrounds;
• textures;
• stickers;
• fonts;
• premium editing tools;
• background removal;
• AI-powered or intelligent editing tools;
• additional export functionality;
• other premium features and content.
The current scope of free and PRO functionality is displayed in the current version of Imagionica.
We may develop or modify the set of available features subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and app-store requirements.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
8.1. Subscription Plans
Imagionica may offer auto-renewable subscriptions with different billing periods, including:
• weekly;
• monthly;
• annual.
Free trials, introductory offers, promotional offers, or other subscription offers permitted by the applicable app store may also be available.
Availability may vary by platform, country, account eligibility, and current offer.
8.2. Price and Purchase Terms
Before you confirm a subscription purchase, you will be presented with information describing the applicable offer, which may include:
• the subscription product or plan;
• the subscription period;
• the premium functionality or content included;
• the applicable subscription price;
• the billing period;
• any free-trial or promotional-offer terms.
The amount charged is the price displayed by the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play purchase interface when you confirm the purchase.
Prices may vary by country, currency, taxes, platform, and current offers.
If an equivalent daily, weekly, monthly, or other calculated price is shown for comparison purposes, the actual subscription price and billing period presented at purchase govern the transaction.
8.3. Free Trials
Certain subscription plans may include a free trial.
Where a free trial is offered, the applicable purchase flow will identify the trial duration and the subscription price and billing period that apply after the trial.
Unless you cancel before the end of the free-trial period in accordance with the applicable store rules, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Eligibility for a free trial or introductory offer may be determined by Apple, Google, or the terms of the applicable offer.
8.4. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions are auto-renewable unless otherwise expressly stated.
At the end of the applicable subscription period, the subscription will automatically renew for the next subscription period unless you cancel or disable automatic renewal in accordance with the rules of the applicable app store.
8.5. Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel a subscription through the account settings of the store through which the subscription was purchased.
For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, subscription management and cancellation are also available through the applicable Google Play subscription-management interface.
Deleting Imagionica from your device does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
8.6. Restore Purchases
Where supported by the applicable platform and purchase type, previously purchased eligible entitlements may be restored using the Restore Purchases functionality available in Imagionica.
8.7. Refunds
Subscription payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with the policies of the store through which the purchase was made and any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
The Company does not receive or store your full payment card details and does not control Apple’s or Google’s final decision regarding a store-managed refund request.
8.8. Price Changes
Subscription prices may change.
Where applicable law or app-store rules require advance notice, consent, or another action in connection with a price change, the required process will apply before the changed price becomes effective for the affected subscription.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not use Imagionica:
• in violation of applicable law;
• to infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of third parties;
• to engage in fraud or other unlawful deceptive activity;
• to distribute malicious software or code;
• to interfere with the operation or security of the App;
• to circumvent subscription, payment, security, or technical restrictions.
We may restrict access to particular functionality where reasonably necessary to protect the App, users, third parties, or the Company, or to comply with applicable law.
10. Privacy
Information processed in connection with Imagionica is governed by the Imagionica Privacy Policy, available at:

The Privacy Policy describes the categories of information processed, the purposes of processing, product analytics, third-party providers, data retention, and applicable privacy rights.
11. Analytics and Third-Party Services
The Company uses Amplitude for product analytics in order to understand how users interact with Imagionica and to improve the App.
Additional third-party services may be used to provide or support functions such as:
• Apple App Store distribution and purchases;
• Google Play distribution and purchases;
• subscription management or purchase verification;
• technical infrastructure;
• crash reporting;
• diagnostics.
Use of third-party platforms or services may also be subject to their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
Further information about the processing of information through product analytics and third-party services is provided in the Imagionica Privacy Policy.
12. App Updates and Changes
We may:
• release App updates;
• add new functionality;
• change existing functionality;
• change the App interface;
• modify technical requirements;
• discontinue support for obsolete features, devices, or operating-system versions.
We do not guarantee that each individual feature will remain available indefinitely.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer-protection law.

The Company provides support for Imagionica in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Imagionica is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
• the App will always be available without interruption;
• every feature will always operate without error;
• AI-assisted or automated results will always be accurate, unique, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose;
• Imagionica will satisfy every individual user requirement;
• every device model or operating-system version will remain supported indefinitely.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, statutory guarantee, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from the use of Imagionica.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
16. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Imagionica at any time.
We may suspend or restrict access to particular functionality where reasonably necessary due to:
• a material violation of these Terms;
• fraud or abuse;
• security risks;
• legal or regulatory requirements;
• discontinuation of the relevant service or functionality.
Deleting the App or ceasing to use it does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:
• changes to Imagionica functionality;
• changes to subscription functionality;
• changes to technology or third-party services;
• changes to applicable laws;
• changes to Apple, Google, or other platform requirements.
The current version of these Terms will be made available on the Imagionica website.
The “Last updated” date at the top identifies the date of the latest revision.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before material changes become effective.
18. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply in your country of residence.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory statutory rights that apply to you.
Disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable rules regarding jurisdiction and consumer protection.
19. Apple App Store Users
If you obtain Imagionica through the Apple App Store, your use of the licensed App is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple’s applicable standard terms for licensed applications.
These Terms govern your relationship with SREDA IZRABOTKA EOOD regarding Imagionica and the services provided by the Company.
The Company, and not Apple, is responsible for Imagionica, its content, maintenance, support, and compliance with applicable law to the extent required under the applicable terms governing the App.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or obligations that apply under mandatory Apple terms or applicable law.
20. Google Play Users
If you obtain Imagionica through Google Play, your use of the App is also subject to the applicable Google Play Terms of Service and other applicable Google Play policies and purchase terms.
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are billed, managed, renewed, and cancelled in accordance with the applicable Google Play procedures.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights provided under applicable Google terms or applicable law.
